Unfortunately, changes to orders are not possible after they’ve been placed. If you would like to return or exchange any part of your order, please contact our Customer Experience Team via phone at 604.731.8383 or by email at email@example.com.
You’re welcome to make payments by using Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
We charge sales and use tax according to federal, provincial, and local government guidelines, based on the shipping address you provide when you place an online order. For international shipping, duties and taxes may apply. For international shipping, duties and taxes may apply.
We use Canada Post, Fedex, UPS courier.
Shipping cost depending on various platforms.
Your shipment will be shipped from Vancouver, BC.
Tracking number will be provided after the order has been shipped. You can track your shipment via courier’s website or courier’s app.
We offer international shipping, duties and shipping fees depending on international regulation.
Please take a few pictures of the damaged package and/or product and contact us via customer service email, We will arrange replacement.
Order can’t be canceled but you have 14 days to return your product unopened.
If you are not fully satisfied you have 14 days to return your product in unopened condition.
You can create a return label from our website and drop off to courier shipping location.
